For as long as I can remember, I have always felt I am my most authentic self when I am creating. I love the peaceful mornings with a notebook, late-night typing sessions, and the goosebumps I get when ideas start to connect. Creative writing is my medium, my passion, and the place where I feel at home.
I’ve been a writer since high school, filling journals and Word documents with scenes and characters long before I understood motivation, story structure, or the art of tension. Over the years, storytelling has become woven into every corner of my life. I’m now a published author, a screenwriter, and a reader who falls madly in love with books and ideas.
My stories tend to be cozy, emotional, and warm; woven with the smaller, quieter moments that make life meaningful. I write about hope in a world that can feel confusing, about connection in seasons of uncertainty, and about the places people land when they need somewhere gentle to rest. If you read my work, I hope you will feel you have stepped into a cozy escape.
Much of my inspiration comes from the things I love most: pine trees, mountain paths, autumn air, Christmas lights, flickering candles, soft music, warm kitchens, and the people who make life feel full. And, of course, my Pomeranian copilots, who firmly believe they assist in the creative process (and insist on sleeping across whichever notebook I happen to be using).
I’ve always been a bit of the “quiet girl with the tangled brown hair,” the observer in the room, the one collecting details like fireflies. Being quiet taught me to listen. Listening taught me to imagine. And imagination led me here: writing stories that I hope feel like a warm blanket on a cold day.
